Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Orenda's Clothing accepts returns of unworn, unwashed products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order information. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria or have been worn or washed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.
